Requirements

1. A57 Driver
2. Android Sdk
3. UnlockROOT
4. adb_usb.ini
First thing you have to do is to Install the a57 driver in you pc.
without that rooting will not be possible..
So lets begin with driver installation

Steps to Install Driver
---------------------------------------------
1.
Download the drivers from above link

Extract it to your desktop (any folder)

Download and Install Android SDK from above link
Download and Install Android SDK from above link
Then open the sdk manager & tick the Android SDK Platform Tools and Google USB Drivers.

Then Download UnlockRoot from above

Now Download the the adb_usb.ini from above link,
extract it in your pc,
&
place its inside file in C:\Users\(your username)\.android
(make the folder if not found)

Now enable USB Debugging in your phone through Settings->Applications->Development

Connect your phone and PC through USB

Go to Device Manager on your pc and right click on Micromax A57 > go to properties.
Go to drivers tab and click update driver
Click on Browse my computer for driver software and then navigate to the folder containing the downloaded drivers.
Make sure "Include subfolders" is ticked
It will search and install drivers

Now if you have installed the driver correctly, then go for Rooting.
If you are not able to install driver then try again, without it Rooting not possible.

Steps To Root Micromax A57

Install and open UnlockRoot.
Click on root and then choose your device name
It will begin rooting and your phone will restart
So Now Cheers, Your A57 Got Root
Pls Mind You have to install the driver before going for rooting your device ...
Otherwise rooting will be not possible..
